No problem at all. We will contact you when your furry family member is ready for pickup and kennel them until you arrive.
For everyone’s safety, we ask that all vaccines, including rabies, are up to date.
Depending on the pet’s size and hair type, grooming can take 1-4 hours. We will give you an idea of the timing at drop-off. As always, we will contact you when your pet is all cleaned up and ready for pick up.
“Challenging” dogs are welcomed here. We know that some dogs don’t like to be groomed, but still need it. We are happy to work with you and your pet to make the best of the experience.
We currently do not have a recommendation. But, Tony, co-owner of Tori’s Pet Salon, is an experienced dog trainer. Yes. If you have a shampoo you prefer or prescribed by your veterinarian, we will happily use it.
We use hand-held, pet specific, velocity dryers with no heat. While this may take a bit longer, it is the safest option for your pet.
Most pets need to be groomed every 4-6 weeks. We are happy to set you up with recurring appointments to make remembering easy.
Nails should be trimmed every 4 weeks to keep them from growing too long. If you wait longer between trimmings, the longer the pet’s nails will need to remain.

We want you to be happy with our service. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
We provide easy drop off and pick up to fit your busy schedule. Simply schedule your appointment, drop your pet off at the salon, and we will call or text you when your furry friend is all pampered and ready for pick up.
